Joji Sasaki is a photographer based in Tokyo.
His interest in photography began in the late 1990's while he was attending at a college in New York City. He took his camera with a black and white film and started shooting in the street.
His passion for photography got more serious since he met a photojournalist, Benedict J. Fernandez. After graduation, he became Fernandez's associate, working as a photojournalist and covered events in the city for years.
In late 2003 he moved back to Tokyo, where he resides still. His works appear in magazines in the U.S.A., Germany, Russia, etc..
